5. Able to pick-up/deliver loan documents in person from/to Escrow/Title Company upon request
6. Will provide status update on the closing the same day
7. Will send out the signed package the same day or next business day
8. Errors and Omissions insured in the amount of $15,000
9. Surety Bond insured in the amount of $15,000
